Harry Piland, respectfully known as Mr. Sunday School, spoke these words to LifeWay employees during a 1991 chapel service. He directed LifeWay’s Sunday School Division from 1978 to 1994.
Harry Piland was so right. God has certainly taken any unfulfilled dreams of “Mr. School” and multiplied them in you and all of the various LifeWay departments. Mr. Piland planted seeds. God watered. And we and millians are reaping the harves!
